My 4.5 year old LG fridge began to run all the time and not maintain low temperatures so LG covered it (surprisingly) under a 5 year warranty on the compressor and connected me with Boston Joe's to fix it. Boston Joe's knew this problem well and had spare parts on hand to fix it but couldn't help until 2 days later when LG passed off a warranty repair authorization to Joe's via some electronic process - a website portal for a LG repair providers. I had to call LG 3 times before they were able to get this repair order to Joe's before Joe's could help me and this was the most frustrating thing and that is on LG (not Joe's). We just had Hector over our house to diagnose an issue with an appliance after we had been told it was functioning normally by another appliance repair company. He wasn't here too long and was able to diagnose the issue almost instantly, he's clearly knowledgeable and very kind overall. Just waiting for the part to come in and I'm sure they'll get it fixed. Bought a dishwasher, had it professionally installed and from day one it wouldn’t get any water. The manufacture send Tony from Boston Joes appliance repair. Tony diagnosed and fixed the problem with in minuets. Very satisfied with Tony and Boston Joes thanks guys
