Our LG glass top front right range (stove/oven) stopped working. I went through LG to book a flat rate repair and they had me schedule with Boston Joe’s in Manchester, CT.
I was a little leery when I saw some of the reviews online, but my experience couldn’t have gone better! Boston Joe’s called me the next day and were able to get me scheduled within the same week. Joe and Hector came and were able to complete the repair quickly and efficiently! They were both extremely courteous and explained what they were replacing each step of the way. don't scroll by this company--you WANT them to come service your appliances...Joe came out next day after I set the appointment and with a call before he arrived. Actually ran a diagnostic on the freezer, and explained what was going on with the freezer, and gave a fair price to repair a compressor on a freezer. He is very knowledgeable about all makes of freezers, he is reasonably priced, and such a personable guy. It was such a pleasure and good experience.
Boston Joe’s is awesome. They had someone available for service within the week that I had called. Their service provider Tony is a super nice and professional repair person and fixed my dishwasher in about 30 minutes. He was respectful of the property and cleaned up any water that had spilled. I really appreciate him and Boston Joe’s. I trust them for all my appliance repair needs and will definitely use them again in the future. Tony was really kind to my dog and gave me helpful tips about how to get more longevity out of my appliances. Thank you, Boston Joe’s and Tony!
