Gave me a detailed consultation. Was very patient and explained in detail how the next appointment will go. Was able to get a wash cut and style same day. My stylist was phenomenal and very sweet.
I saw Anna! Not only did she ask all the necessary questions to ensure that I got the haircut I wanted, but she was pleasant and kind throughout the whole experience! I've wanted a haircut from a movie since middle school, and every other stylist gave me a generic cut that did not match the reference photos at all. Thank you, Anna, for thinking of your client and delivering exactly what was wanted! I'll definitely be back. And I will be recommending this salon to others!
My 10yr old and I went for the first time to fix his haircut. Kayla was amazing! She talked to my son about exactly what he wanted, she was so patient and stopped many times for him to see and feel it. My kid went from tears to skipping out to the car. We’ve already booked with Kayla again!
