I have never been treated so badly by a health professional in my life ! Dr. Backwards cap is out for your money and nothing else. In fact , when he billed me , the wrong provider was billed. The staff are completely incompetent and obviously they have lots of turn over. Dr. Backwards cap (as he always wares is a safety concern, collage is over now doc !) he is only after money and will provide un needed dental services depending on how he feels. Please be warned , I would never go back and now I have to clear up their billing that they did incorrectly, plus get the dental work I needed done since he refused. so this visit was the biggest waste of time. I highly reccomend Dr. Bell and his staff for anxious people with sensitive teeth!!The hygenist was so upbeat, informative and patient with my concerns about an aching tooth I had been very worried about!! Even some things I thought might have been stupid questions about dental hygiene in general were answered today!She Vann . kindly used the hand tools instead of the water pick which was a relief and virtually painless, even on my OUCH spots!!(They have that tool too if you prefer it but the option made a difference for me.)She got all the tartar and I wasn't holding onto the arm rests for dear life for her to do it!! Dr. Bell and the team at Madison Family Dental are wonderful and caring. They have taken care of my family since we returned home, after my husband retired from the military, in 2010. The location is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking.
