There are few companies around that are truly 24 hrs... This is one of them. On one of the coldest nights of the year I had a problem, he was there within 90 minutes. He was able to diagnose the issue and supply space heaters to get us through until morning (which was when he could get the part needed to fix the issue).Simply put, it's the old time service you'd expect from a local friendly neighborhood technician who cares about his neighbors.

Jason and Shannon at Crowne Point H&C are fantastic! Our neighbor initially recommended Crowne Point H&C, and we’ve been using them for several years for general system maintenance. We had to call recently when our heat went out in the middle of the night (with temperatures in the teens) and Shannon quickly called to reassure us that Jason would be out first thing in the morning. It turned out the issue was electrical and not with the heating unit itself, but Jason was still incredibly helpful and even shared electrician recommendations. We’re so grateful to have these guys in our corner!

They are a great company. When you call a company out, you always fear the worst. He was efficient, went through things I did not request and saved the day. Their pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend to any home owner that is in need.
