The customer service is excellent. When you pull up, somebody always comes to greet you at the pump and will fill up your tank for you. They’re always very kind and helpful. It’s a great place to stop before heading up to Storrs or Willimantic.

Been with Bender's for oil delivery while living in Willimantic the last few years. Customer service is great - office staff and drivers have always been really friendly and helpful. Never ran out of oil. If I move back to the area in future, I'll definitely be a returning customer.

2/7/2023 had my boiler shut off, tried to reset it an nothing so ended up calling for service at Benders oil. Technician came and quickly found the problem within 2 minutes. Replaced the part and he was on his way to another appointment. He was courteous and very polite, didn’t catch his name but I was so excited to have it working again I didn’t asked him for his name. Sorry but Thank you so very much, you’re awesome. I hope your company replies back with your name, you’re my HERO!!! Thank you and I definitely recommend Benders oil for oil delivery or service ???

I had trouble with my furnace for 2 months, Tim and his crew came her 3,4 times to find the problem. So he called his rep about the warranty, the rep wanted proof, they found the proof. The heat exchanger was cracked. They came in yesterday took the furnace out and replaced the part .I will never go somewhere else to take care of my oil services. So Benders you guys are the best and you rock.Thank You to everyone at Benders
