Family owned and operated. Dry cleaning and seamster/tailor on site. Great work done (cash only for tailoring), even with thicker garments. Parking is scarce (only two cars in front of shop), so one may have to park in the lot behind Grassland or streetside.

Had a few things tailored (men’s pants and two dresses needed some straps stitched and adjusted). Everything came out great. It was even a bit of a rush job over 4th of July week and he had it finished on time for us to pick it up before leaving town for a trip.
I don’t have experience with cleaning there but I from what I’ve heard, he gets the job done. The customer service isn’t the friendliest (the owner is a bit ornery) but the clothes came out well.
