We each had different range of motion and spring tension and she gave each of us AMAZING cues and personal attention to hit our cutting edge!!! I loved it! Her playlist was subtle but awesome and her energy was so uplifting ? I’m still chuckling at her clever cueing names and positive energy. Hooked!! Can’t wait for next session.
