“Friendly person working there, however, I got the feeling she was either new and/or had little training on customer service. I wasn't offered towels for the sauna. When I asked, I was told the towels were 'at the dry cleaners.' She asked why I wanted a towel (um.. to sit on, wrap around my body while in the sauna??) and handed me a hand towel. During the foot cleanse, the lighting was a bright and overhead fluorescent unit.. Not exactly a tranquil and relaxing vibe. Otherwise, very clean and mostly a nice vibe.“
