“From demo to reno the final to the final WOW cleaning by Helena, Steve and his team were top notch! His attention to every detail of the construction of our addition and his skill at handling the often challenging aspects of a renovation of our old, neglected house went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. He was a great manager of the entire project, a wonderful communicator and an expert craftsman/carpenter. He kept to both the timeline and budget - even with old house and mother nature hiccups. “We used JC Merritt for a very difficult pool deck that was for a commercial pool project on hillside. This project required a lot of very detailed planning and engineering and Jeff actually discovered poor engineering for our first pool company and we ended up switching to shoreline pool. Shoreline did a great job on the pool and Jeff and Brandon went above and beyond to help build the pool of our dreams along with our new metal roof and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend them and look forward to using them for next projects.”

“I called Yardscapes last year for an estimate to clear some briars and overgrowth that had gotten away from me over the years. Liz Reinhardt came to my home to go over what I wanted done, and I have to say I have never had such a warm, kind and wonderful experience when seeking a quote for work. I was overwhelmed by what needed to be done and she managed to help me see the light at the end of the tunnel. It sounds dramatic, but when you're coming out of an illness and looking forward to getting back to doing the things you maybe took for granted before... such as gardening, it makes a big difference to hear someone else say, we got you. The quote was fair, taking into account my budget and the crews that came out over two days did an amazing job. They checked in and made sure they tackled every area that I wanted done. Liz continued to check in to make sure everything was good, and sent a lovely message of encouragement months later- acknowledging the garden that was finally beginning to take shape. I can't recommend this company enough. They listen. They care. And they do terrific work.”
“This review is for the factory tour as I haven’t build a house with them yet: the employees providing the tour as well as anyone my wife and I spoke with were very informative, helpful and provided great customer service. I want to particularly highlight Lucas and the lady from the cafeteria (don’t know her name). My wife and I visited for a tour with our baby and we were informed babies were not allowed in the tour for safety reasons which I completely understand. They offered us to go in the tour in turns and I went first but since it was the last tour of the day, Lucas personally took the time to provide a tour for my wife. Not only that but during our time there he seemed genuinely interested in providing a great experience for us and it was a great guy in general to speak with. There were also other employees who were very helpful. The lady from the cafeteria was very friendly too. These are the kind of employees that leave great impressions on the customer!”
