Our roofer, Aron, was such a big part of getting our roof replaced. The insurance company drug their feet. They sent one inspector that said the roof was fine and didn’t need replacing or repairs. Aron had sent them photos of all the damage, I guess they just ignored the photos. We almost gave up? But Aron was patient and kept working with the insurance people. We had a great experience with River Valley Roofers. Josh oversaw every detail and Stephany was helpful with the paperwork. The crew was great and cleaned up all the debris.

Josh, Stephanie, and their crew did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof, and it was completed in just a couple of days. Josh and Stephanie maintained excellent communication and were always on time. They personally came out for the estimate, and throughout the process they were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They shared progress photos and videos to keep us updated, and the final result is perfect with a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend RVR for a smooth, flawless experience.
