I have been seen by Dr. Cortland for several years and she has always been pleasant and professional. She puts you and ease when she talks to you so I am very comfortable during my visits.
Dr Cortland is knowledgeable, friendly, kind and very professional. I'm so glad I was led to her. Very grateful. I've been going to this office for 40+ years and the office staff and assistants have always been efficient and very nice and still are.
My only suggestion would be to get all of the forms that need to be filled out into Epic and make it part of the "check in" process on line. My sister is a software engineer specializing in Epic so I know it can be done.
Dr Cortland is very professional and has great bedside manner, she made me feel at ease throughout all my appointments, she was attentive and answered all my concerns during my prenatal checkup. I am glad I found Dr Cortland, and I feel confident for delivery with her by my side!!! Thank you Dr Cortland for being so awesome!!
