“Got towed to repair shop. The gentleman that towed the vehicle was polite, great energy and showed my curious 5 year old how the levers worked. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a confusion with my insurance the their dispatcher about the eta. After waiting the stated 105 minutes I gave them a call to update the eta and they sent my driver within 20 minutes of the call. If I didn't call them I would still be waiting since they got disconnected from my insurance.“
