There are many martial art schools out there to select from. I recommend 100% + Alex Ziwak Martial Arts. Why? Alex is a seven degree black belt and knows many other types of material art disciplines plus an expert in self defense. He is humble, down to earth type of guy. If you join you will definitely learn techniques and be in better shape in time. I had always a great experience there when I was younger but never forget my own comfortable techniques if ever needed. Martial Arts is all about respect for others and able to defend yourself when needed. Consider yourself lucky and blessed to learn under Alex.

Just had the pleasure of speaking to my good friend Master Ziwak this past Friday. Both my daughter and I had the absolute privilege of training with him back from 1998 and 2001 before we moved out of state. Although both involved in martial arts since moving, we definitely would not have progressed the way we have, either in martial arts or our lives, without the amazing instruction and inspiration that Master Ziwak provided to us. He was the foundation! More importantly, this human being has had such an incredible impact on the lives of so many people. Bravo! Well done friend!
