My daughter attended Ziwaks martial arts school over 23 years ago. Now my granddaughter attends classes now - I wouldn’t have her go anywhere else- excellent teaching- it’s like family

I have been taking martial arts lessons from Mr. Ziwak for twenty-three years now. Not only have I learned to defend myself, but I also get a great workout. When attending Mr. Ziwak’s martial arts lesson I use all parts of my body, compared to working out at a gym where I only use certain muscles. That is why I also attend some of his workout sessions as well, as he offers both martial arts lessons and workout sessions. I would encourage anyone looking to learn self-defense and/or looking for a good workout to get in shape to go with Mr. Ziwak.

From Ziwak's Martial Arts

We bring our students decades of combined martial arts experience. We have competed both nationally and internationally. A number of champions have emerged from our school. Our philosophy and methods find meaning in the traditional values, such as respect and discipline. We blend them, however, with a practical and innovative approach to our training methods.
