“I really love tanning here. It’s so clean, the people who work here are wonderful, and the selection of products is great. I’m taking a star off though because I’m tired of paying for a level 4 membership and never getting to use the level 4 bed. Every time i go in, it’s always being used. Why this place cant get another level 4 bed is beyond me. I’m paying for a bed I’m barely able to use; either credit level 4 members the difference when we drop to level 3 beds or just save the level 4 bed for level 4 members. Just do something to justify what you’re charging for a bed we can never use.”
