It's been some years ago since I got a massage here maybe 2017ish. My 5 stars is for service back in 2017. I will say that the establishment was clean and the person who did my massage was great! Being that it was my first time I didn't know what to expect. I slightly went off to sleep and after my massage was over, as I began to walk to the waiting area I asked why was my vision blurry and why was I walking wobbly down the hallway. I’ve been a member for several years, so I’ve experienced a few great therapists (some of which no longer work there) and some terrible ones as well. Currently, Evan and Aidan are probably two of the best (but Evan can be a bit hard to book). Not really impressed with the other therapists there. Ivelisse was not good at all, put no effort into the massage (literally just rubbing my skin). I initially thought her hands felt rough/dry, 60 minutes into a 90 minute massage I realized she was using gloves to massage me. I had a great experience at this location. I booked online same day, which was perfect for me. The location was clean, calming, and convenient.
From the front staff (Brenda) she was very welcoming and knowledgable. I had Monica for my massage, she was very attentive and did a great job. I also has Alexandra for a facial; she was amazing.
I felt so comfortable here that I brought a membership!
