The entire experience, from check-in to exam, selection of frames and ordering of glasses continues to be great. The staff is very helpful, and the optometrist is excellent and very thorough; continue to recommend this location!

I’m so happy I chose to go back to this store, the physician was very professional with an impeccable manners. The store manager was amazing!!!! Very helpful in picking out my glasses and assuring I would receive before my wedding 9/24/23. I highly recommend the customer service here!!!!

I just want to say I had an excellent experience at Pearle Vision in Hamden, for both the eye Exam and choosing new glasses. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. When looking at options for glasses Diane and Tiffany were very helpful in describing the type that would suit my needs. Thank you all very much!
