Very good experience. Easy to make appointment. Receptionists are lovely and helpful. The PA? RN? Medical Assistant ? Was great. He was efficient and practical. Knowledgeable about what would be the procedure done by Dr. Gohara. Dr. Ghana was down to business and moving things along. During procedure she made sure I knew what was going on and that I was comfortable. She has a sense of humor which helped with any discomfort I was feeling. Procedure was over and done before I knew it. She did a great job with administering the lidocaine and I didn't feel anything after that. Perfect! Dr Castiglione is a wonderful, kind & talented doctor. He took out a basal cell on my nose with very little noticeable scars. The staff are also kind & helpful
