Dr. Wendy Jacoby is an excellent doctor. She is an excellent diagnostician and takes as much time as needed with each patient. So if a have to wait a bit I don't mind since I know she will be spending time with me if needed. I agree the "front staff" is rude. They need "sensitivity training" or should be replaced.

Dr. Jacoby has helped me keep my issues in check for years. She has always given the time necessary to answer my questions and concerns. I never waited more than 10 minutes of my appointed time. Staff is professional and efficient. I have called with problems concerning insurance and call in prescriptions and they are very helpful.
