It was always there. Not the best but, certainly not the worst. I say 'was' because I walked over there because I wanted to say 'Hi' to the Sensei but, my heart dropped when I saw the building was empty through the window.R.I.P AOK.

I have copd and Shihan Frank was amazing in helping me to expand my lungs. He is a amazing and caring person a true martial artist and leader. Thanks for all your help

Our boys started classes last spring, and we couldn't be happier. Shihan Frank is an amazing instructor and role model. His patience, consistency and care for his students is amazing.
