A couple of days after Storm Benjamin, late afternoon my gas fireplace stopped working. I was physically unable to lift the screen off the fireplace to get to the pilot light, which I thought was the problem.

Incredible how reassuring it has been to experience the exceptional post-purchase customer service. Not only are they all incredibly helpful during the purchase and installation phase, but they’re so available and willing to answer all forms of questions afterwards which I think is a rare service nowadays where most companies prefer the “not my problem” approach. Thank you so much for being the great people and business that you are!

We had purchased a wood stove to replace the one we had used for 30 years. Anthony and Leo showed up for the install and they were great. They were efficient, professional, and courteous. We had two other companies come prior for estimates and they spent most of the time boosting the original install to between 3k and 5k.... Fireworks stayed within the original estimate which was about one-third the cost of the others. These guys were great...honest... took the time to explain everything....
