This place is magical! I was nervous about the float but it was the ultimate relaxation experience. Highly recommend one before or after a massage, next time I may float before AND after a massage.
My husband and I love coming here for float sessions and massages. The staff are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful and restorative experience!
I booked, and paid for, a 90 minute float. But on the day of, they accidently only set the timer for 60 minutes. The owner was very apologetic, and said she was going to refund me the entire amount for the error. But then she never refunded me, and several attempts to contact them, voicemail and email both, have gone unanswered. The float was amazing, and mistakes happen, and I would have been more than happy with a partial refund, but to not get any compensation was upsetting.
