I have seen Nicolena intermittently over the past seven years. She is amazing and caring and thoughtful. She has a true gift and not only spent the time with me I needed during each session but called me during the week to check up on me if I was dealing with a heavy issue. Can't recommend enough. The space and building is beautiful!

My experience at Health Options was with Nicolena. Before seeing her, I was a smoker my whole life. One session and two years later, still no cigarettes. Best decision ever made. She is a miracle worker.

Nicolena at Health Options...where to begin? Devoted to helping others, and improving the quality of all the lives around her. Her patients well being comes first, and it shows. Attentive, knowledgeable beyond her years, and encouraging, to say the least. Always makes time for her clients, and is priced beyond reason. A true master at her profession. I cannot reccomend her services more.
