Jose and Q were not only knowledgeable, but help me locate a Moen part that they did not have in stock. I have been to the supply side of the store several times and always find the staff helpful!

They have everything you need in stock same day and the prices are doable. They don't seem to like it much if you're not a professional, but that's pretty much standard these days.

We met with Beth to discuss a redo of our small half bath after renovating our first floor. She gave us some wonderful ideas, laid out what would be most advantageous for that small space and sent us home with samples. We were sent to Beth by our contractor, Andy Ramage of ARD Builders, and we are grateful for his direction. Beth was so very pleasant and helpful considering we did not have an appointment and we could not recommend any stronger Beth and Plimpton and Hill in Guilford.
