Great customer service. Quick processing and reliable scheduling of repair. Service repairmen only fix what’s necessary and don’t upsell other products. Very pleased with this organization and will continue to use them in the future for all our spa needs!
Aquatic pool and spa was extremely helpful with the complete purchase process on our hot spring hot tub. They walked us through every option from beginning to end and help select the hot tub that best fit our needs

Fidel and his partner were a fantastic team together!!!! They both worked hard on my leaking pool and also fixed all my wrinkles in the bottom of the pool! They drained my pool fixed the wrinkles and filled it all staying late just to get the job done!!! And they did an awesome job!!!! In 2003 I made a huge mistake picking the wrong company to install my pool for sure!!!!
And I have been paying for it year after year!!!! Ohh well !!!! Live n learn I guess! Thank you Fidel and your partner!!!! Hard workers and caring!?
