I get constant complements from world class bass players and favorable comparisons to their expensive pedigreed instruments. And I just got a basic Brescian hybrid. It’s lovely to look at and has a humongous crisp and clear sound. When I play other basses they sound wrapped in plastic or underwater in comparison. Upton’s should probably cost more. They are incredibly busy (as they should be) so the customer service takes a hit, I had to call a lot, and it took over a year from when I ordered it, but the final product is so killer, I don’t care and neither should you. The sooner you order your bass the sooner you’ll get it

I had my Upton Laminate in last month for an overdue reset and finger board dress.I just walked off of a 3 hour gig (we play bluegrass/ Americana) and my rig sounded amazing! Easy to play, booming sound and crazy responsive under the bow too!Thanks guys! You are masterful!
