She listens and takes the time to see exactly how my hair is responding to the color, what I want and will always make adjustments. When I was going through cancer treatments Jessica took care of my hair issues as well as my spirit. She was incredibly generous and creative. I have been using Jessica for years and would follow her to the moon to take care of my hair. Start to finish, I feel so understood and cared for. She takes the time to listen to what I am looking for and then exceeds expectations due to her professionalism, expertise, and knowledge. She also could not be a more fun person to spend time with. Truly such a joy to be her client and I have recommended so many friends to go see her and they would say the exact same. Even after its been a while since seeing her, my color never looks overdue or with hard lines because of how she places the color/highlights in such a brilliant way. I have been going to Jessica for my color for years! Her work is amazing and she always knows exactly what I need done. I had gone to others in the past and was always unhappy with the base color and the blonde. Now I get a ton of compliments on my color.She is professional and extremely friendly. The salon is great - everyone is nice and they make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Jess for any color/cut/hair service you need!! (and I am very selective/picky about my hair)
