We recently had an issue that I brought to management and their response was prompt, decisive and professional. I believe my issue was singular and not indicative of the service they provide and I hope they continue to thrive. I recommend The Laundry Room.

The Laundry Room has been such a valuable resource during the pandemic. Their same-day wash-and-fold delivery service is efficient and reasonably priced. Living in a fourth-floor walk-up with a shared laundry room in the basement of my building presented a particular challenge in COVID times. I was very pleased with my decision to send my laundry out once a week. Carol and the staff at The Laundry Room are pleasant and responsive.
