Roseann was amazing to work with, she always made herself available and really cared about finding us the best home for our needs. As first-time home buyers, Roseann made the process as smooth as possible, helped answer all of our questions and concerns, and gave us trustworthy advice. I highly recommend working with Roseann.
We met Roseann at one of her open houses and she helped us find our dream home! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She was always in clear communication with us, efficient and a pro at the business! She was honest and was always looking out for our best interest. We are so lucky to have Roseann as our realtor again. She sold our 1st house in Riverside over 10 years ago. She lives in the area and knows the neighborhood well. She gave us excellent suggestions on getting the property ready and what the asking price should be. She was very responsive. She got back to us quickly by calls, text messages, or emails. Recently, she helped us sell two other properties in the middle of the winter.
