I went back to Split Rock to get smooth PDO threads in my upper lip. All the staff was professional, patient, answered every concern, and I had a lot. They guide you to what will work the best for you and are honest about what won't help.The procedure is quick and relatively painless, and staff is right there supporting you every step of the way. You can tell that Lisa takes her work seriously to the next level, trying to restore the shape and definition of the lip/border in the most natural, flattering way. I came to Lisa after finding her on Instagram! I came in for lip injections and a chemical peel. Needless to say, I was so nervous for the lip injections. I have a known fear of needles so I had a lot of anxiety going into this. Luckily, Lisa has a wonderful staff that helped me through it all. To begin, numbing cream was applied in a spa like room. The room had a comforting feel to it. As the numbing cream set in, my fears started to go away. After the numbing cream fully set, I was taken into another room where the injections would be done. Lisa sat me in the chair with a big smile letting me know everything would be fine! She and her assistant, Fredricka handed me two squishy dinosaurs to squeeze during the injections. Fredricka did a wonderful job distracting me using this vibrating tool! Fredricka played a huge role in helping my anxiety go away, so thankful for her too! Lisa's injection technique was painless and an enjoyable experience! Once they showed me my new lippies in the mirror I was so impressed and I fell instantly in love!! Next, we moved onto the chemical peel. Fredricka cleansed my skin and Lisa applied the peel. That was super easy and refreshing! I was done very quickly and left with a bag full of post care instructions. The final results of my face and lips have set in after a week and I am beautiful and glowing! Thank you Lisa and her team for helping boost my confidence.
