GI Partners recently acquired Atlas Construction, one of the contractors for Cop City, in Atlanta, GA - a multi-million dollar police militarization facility facing overwhelming opposition from the public at large. When I attempted to reach out to GI Partners to obtain further information of their recent investment, they immediately hung up. The shame of this organization's involvement with this anti-democratic project will ring through the annals of history for years to come.
