I was very happy with Serta pro through the whole process. They came to give me an estimate when they said they were going to. They showed up on the day they were supposed to and the guys and girls all that a great job. I am very particular so their attention to detail on the office and as well as the end was much appreciated.
A truly pleasant experience overall. First meeting with Tony, who did a careful assessment of the garage and floor and what would be in my best interest. He did not try to upsell me, and broke down things into options I could add if I chose to do so. He was very responsive to text or email. The painting crew with Hilmar Josue and partner did diligent prep work. The prior owner had had foam insulation and it had migrated out of the wall in various places and they trimmed everything back and painted and cleaned.
