The channels, for example, are beautifully lit and sized so even large hands can comfortably open doors and drawers, details that are often overlooked elsewhere. For us, the kitchen had to serve as both a striking showpiece and a true working chef’s kitchen, and Häcker achieved that balance flawlessly. What impressed us just as much as the product was the process. Everything happened exactly as promised. The schedule was kept, every change was accommodated without issue, the price never shifted, and installation was smooth from beginning to end. We've done three major house projects to our house in Greenwich, CT and this is the first time we've used the Rosa's- they were by far the best and we will use for any future work, no question. They take pride in their work, communicate effectively, meet the timelines and are extremely respectful of your space. They went above and beyond meeting with my husband and I multiple times before the project started, adapting to changes in the plan and always providing recommendations that seemed small but made major differences - like what door would look best, where to install dimmers, shelf height and mantel depth. No detail was too small for them to care about. They didn't rush when I had concerns about the floors not being the exact color I wanted and provided multiple more samples to make sure I was 100% satisfied. We lived in the space for part of the time, our young son has a lot of sensitivities and they took extra time to thoroughly clean everything - every single day.
