Needing (vs. wanting) a topper or a full wig is fraught with emotion. Diane is sensitive and kind; she made sure I had a pleasant experience and that I was completely satisfied with my purchases. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a very patient teacher. New to the world of wigs, I had a lot to learn before I felt comfortable with my final selections; Diane explained it all so well. I now have two pieces that have helped restore my confidence as I go about my everyday life. I highly recommend Alternative Hair Solutions to anyone who is looking for expert guidance, and high quality products.

Diane is a Saint. I was diagnosed with breast cancer & prior to treatment I went to a wig shop in NYC. I felt pressured to purchase a $4K+ wig and left in tears. Luckily I then found Diane. So kind, caring & thoroughly knowledgeable. She told me to wait & see what happened during treatment before I purchased anything & she would be there to help even if I only had two hairs on my head. Half way through treatment I shed enough hair that I needed a topper, never needed a full wig. Diane & Natalie both continued to style my hair & topper until I was lucky enough to store it away. Diane was definitely a God send and I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend!

What an amazing talented polite personable empathetic person Diane is. She made it a top notch priority to consult me after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had an upcoming massive surgery scheduled within a few weeks. I was initially told I would have to undergo chemo so I wanted to be ready. Diane did not rush or push the product.. she was very relaxed, provided me with education about wigs. Diane then selected a 'topper' and it was love at first sight. Due to other health issues my hair thinned on top over the years and I have done everything medically to treat or restore the thinness. I decided to buy the topper regardless of chemo to make me feel whole again....read full review
