There are quite a few people involved throughout the process, but what really stood out was how well they all communicate with one another. Everything felt coordinated, and I never felt like I had to repeat information or figure out who knew what.
The surgery was done impeccably, and the original quote was right on the mark — no surprises or hidden fees. I especially appreciated Dr. Leshem’s straightforward, upfront demeanor. He is clearly very skilled at what he does, but he is also personable and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.
