Outstanding customer service! Friendly staff! Awesome doctor!!! I was taken in promptly and the doctor was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and gave me a detailed diagnosis. She even went above and beyond to put a "rush order" in with my perscriptions at the pharmacy so I didn't have to wait long. Extremely satisfied with the service I received. Thank you again!
The website was easy to use and inputting info ahead of time sped up my intake. The provider was professional and efficient. My only critique is that when I was waiting (there was no one else waiting), the staff behind the desk and what appeared to be a provider were having a personal chat about his part-time work and how much money he makes. It felt inappropriate to talk about in front of me.
Receptionists were patient, accommodating and helpful. Wait time not long. The nurse doing my vitals and testing was very friendly and understanding, as was the PA who interpreted my test results and walked me through my situation. Much appreciated!
