Dennis listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions, so I got the results I wanted to achieve. They brought in 3 big truckloads of topsoil and leveled out the ground with a skid steer and hand rakes. They used premium seed, fertilizer and straw and gave me advice on watering and care. Dennis’s written proposal was clear and detailed and price was reasonable. They were prompt, friendly and professional. After a few weeks of daily watering, we had beautiful baby green grass.
