Awesome people and service. Came out on a Sunday to help our plumbing company with a mainline issue. Quick and reliable service even on a Sunday! Looking forward to working with them in the future!
We had hired another company to replace our septic system that dragged things out for 5 years before changing the arrangement suddenly. we had to find another company and called up stepules for a quote.
Drew came out to check things out, he was considerate and listened to us and gave us a reasonable quote. much more so than any other company we'd contacted prior. Due to the frozen ground we did have to wait for the weather to warm up, but the first warm weeks we got and they were out here starting the job.
It took no time at all and they had use hooked up and ready to go. I cannot recommend this company enough, they were wonderful.
We had a very stressful situation with an overflowing septic tank and what turned out to be a broken pump. Stepule’s Sanitation was absolutely fantastic. They were responsive, professional, and calm when we needed it most. The team clearly knew what they were doing, explained everything, and resolved the issue efficiently. You could not ask for better service during a tough situation. Highly recommend Stepule’s Sanitation and Rich, the pump medic who they teamed up with to get this crappy mess resolved. Thank you!
