The project manager was clear and transparent from the beginning, maintaining both quality control and work /cost clarity as well as acting as an immediatry with the insurance agents. The extra effort from the workers on the details deserves honorable mention. From start to finish I felt included and up to date. Very happy with the work completed.
Great to do business with. Earle Simpson was the coordinator for Roof Pros Storm Division. He is extremely articulate and was able to explain the entire process. The scenario played out just as he had stated it would. Roof Pros provided an extremely satisfying experience. The materials, workmanship, timeliness, and neatness were all excellent.
From start to finish, Roof Pros was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Earl walked us through the process every step of the way and always knew the appropriate next steps. Timely communication, personal service, top notch materials, very clean well managed efficient worksite, and an outstanding new roof! Would highly recommend!!!
