This company was EXCELLENT in every way. Great communicator, very good price, did the roof quickly, and professionally. Great job. We would highly recommend them!
Reviews
I highly recommend Napolitano roofing. The quote was 100 percent accurate and they completed the project in two days as promised. The crew was well organized and courteous. Tom was great to deal with, and was amenable to providing the extras that I asked for - adding a ridge vent, pointing up the chimney and adding a chimney cap. They didn't simply patch mortar over the gaps between the bricks, they routed it out with a diamond saw and did it right. I am happy with the look of the roof and confident in the quality and the warranty.
Tom was onsite quickly for an estimate after a hail storm damaged our roof. He is tops in communication, and returned calls and emails promptly. He guided us through the insurance claims process, and worked with our adjuster to devise a solution that made all of us happy. His employees are respectful, friendly & courteous, and the yard was spotless when the job was complete.
