After 15 years, finally in need of a new liner after a deep end drain leak that drained most of the pool last fall. Joey gave some great advice on how to plug the deep end and refill the pool to prevent damage to the vermiculite which would add to the cost of repairs. That worked out great but unfortunately, I was not able to get the cover back on and the pool went green on me this spring. Tracy and Shamus gave me excellent advice on what chemicals I needed to get the pool balance back in shape and how to get rid of all the algae. After a couple a days, I now have swimmable water. Great service and friendly people. I do note that Joey put the pool in 30 years ago and replaced the original liner 15 years ago. He will be doing another liner job this July.

We just had our liner replaced by Mermaid Pool and Joe and Company did superb job. Everything was done on time and the installation was perfect from the replacement of the pipes to the installation of the corner stairs to the liner installation. From day one everything was explained to us before hand so that we felt very comfortable. After viewing the other reviews my guess is that they were made by competitors because I have been buying supplies from them for 30 years so when I needed a new liner I called them. They came out, spent alot of time measuring, gave me a price before they left and held to it. They returned calls promptly and we could not be any happier. I recommend Mermaid Pools with any reservations.
