OMG!! This place deserves more than 5 stars!!My daughter needed a "picker-upper" as a single mom, we know it can sometimes get hard. So, I decided to send her some flowers to cheer her up and to remind her of how beautiful & strong she is... I googled this place, 5 minutes away from her job and I am EXTREMELY happy with the bouquet and service that was offered. I think the lady's name was Tracy! Kevin and Meagan did an amazing job with the flowers for my father’s funeral. The casket spray was beautiful, and they did a matching heart from the grandchildren that was equally stunning. I would highly recommend them for any occasion!

I just had one of the most pleasant customer service experiences minutes ago. I called and spoke to Kevin, who patiently listened to a discrepancy I had amongst what was ordered verses what was delivered. Kevin worked to rectify the situation, first by offering to send another arrangement and then by reimbursement. I had read such wonderful reviews about Keser's and now understand that their quality expands beyond their arrangements. Thank you, Kevin!
