Even though it wasn’t good news about my ac system.. Dan was super nice and informative about his arrival time, what the issues were. He even contacted the sales office to schedule a representative to come look at pricing out a new system. He went above and beyond. Thanks Dan!
Jake called to see if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. GREAT! He checked the unit carefully, changed my filter, checked everything outside also. He was friendly and thorough. I asked about flushing the water heater, so he checked the price, and got my 'okay' to proceed. Done! No mess to clean up. Now I'm confident that my HVAC and my water heater are in good shape and getting the maintenance they need!
