“I've been dealing with lower back pain for 15 years, which stemmed from my time in the military, and over time I've injured and then re-injured it because of sports, exercise, and life in general. I always went the traditional approach with physical therapy or similar which had little affect on pain, mobility, or flexibility.
I never considered seeing a chiropractor until my neighbor recommended it, and having tried most other alternatives with poor results, I made an appointment with Dr. Pat Francesco at the Chiropractic Health Center of Glastonbury, and I'm so glad I did.
It's been less than a month and the results have been pretty amazing tbh. Whereas a month ago my body constantly reminded me I had a lower lumbar issue, today those alarm bells don't ring nearly as often or as loud, which has been fantastic.
