needed to replace the screen on my work. I wasn't able to get my product fixed due to the fact that it's in corporate business phone and they needed to set up a head of time appointment which in my eyes defeats the purpose of ubreakIfix unless you want to pay out of pocket. I have insurance on my phone and I should be able to walk in there with the insurance plan and get the screen replaced.
Amazing customer service again today with fixing my laptop. Brahim was awesome.... done in 30 minutes. Just weeks before I had my first visit with Rob who was able to fix my phone when Verizon deemed it dead. So not true. Rob got my phone working in minutes. Prior to my first visit I had never used this company... and now it has become my go to. Two 5 star visits... will definitely use them again.
