My daughter and I went here for the first time earlier this week and had the BEST experience. I got a basic pedicure and my daughter got a gel manicure with Chip. He is incredibly talented, and her nails have never looked so good. We have found our new go-to place and can't wait to return! Pricing was fair/reasonable, service was swift and friendly, and the whole atmosphere was welcoming.

Tracy is really special. She is so kind and diligent with her craft. She takes the time to make sure my cuticles are cut and may nails are neat and I’m satisfied by the time I leave. She recommends colors and designs and even lets me know when I need a wax. Oh, and she is one of the cleanest nail techs in there. I REALLY appreciate the way she goes above and beyond. Love u girl! Ps- Anna and Sandy are also really good!! Overall it took me a year to find a solid nail place in the area and they are it!!!!

I came to get my nails done with my daughter, and unfortunately had a terrible experience with the technician at chair 5. She was removing the gel from my natural nails and ended up breaking five of them. Then she started applying dip powder without properly fixing the damage.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with her—during a previous visit, she tried to assist another technician and ended up breaking my daughter's nails as well.
She is by far the worst person I’ve had do my nails. Very disappointed. 😫😪
