UConn Health Pulmonology

The UConn Sleep Disorder Center, a part of Pulmonology, is made up of amazingly adept sleep professionals. If you are in Connecticut and you are having sleep and/or CPAP issues, don't waste your time seeing anyone other than these folks.

I had total knee replacement surgery today and I cannot recommend UConn health enough! After decades of pain I went to the walk-in at Storrs. The staff there was first rate from beginning to end with checkin being super easy and safer to on the spot X-ray to my doctor. I was called the next day to meet with Dr Hall the following week. Again total visit am A+++! Got a cortisone shot immediately and information sent up to Farmington. Had follow up appoint with UConn Orthopedic surgery and Dr Olga Solovyova within weeks and surgery scheduled. Today was as great as major surgery can be. Kim Gervais is AWESOME. Knows what she is talking about, makes SURE that I am good with my CPAP and supplies. Goes over everything with me. I was a MESS until I went to UCONN Pulmonary. I was tired ALL the time, felt horrible. She called for a sleep study and found I had apnea. All is good with my world now.
