Worst experience ever. I brought two elderly couple with a bad headache and this receptionist did not turn down the volume of the music system. Rather she shouted at me when I tried to reduce the volume. Very very rude place...the carelessness is in the atmosphere here.

I want to be clear — my primary care provider here is excellent and I have no complaints about her. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the cardiology side of this practice was completely different.

The medical assistant (I believe her name was Bea or Dee) immediately treated me poorly when she saw I was wearing a mask because of a sore throat. I could even hear her on the other side of the door talking to the doctor about me, saying I was sick with a sore throat.
