After an error with my order at Home Depot and a long wait for my front door, Odessa Builders called me to schedule my install for August 30, 2023. The appointment was cancelled due to heavy rain. I called in to reschedule and was offered September 4th....Labor Day.On the day of my install, Gabriel called me early that morning to let know he was coming to do the install. Before arriving, he called me from Home Depot and made sure my order was correct. Once he arrived, he advised that job would take about 4 or 5 hours. They were hired by Home Depot to put a screen door on the front of the house.Odessa came when they said they would , installed it and explained everything perfectly in less than an hour.

First, it seems that many of these other reviewers do not understand the contracting process with Home Depot. In order for the contractor to do anything at all, Home Depot has to do the paperwork stuff. Its Home Depot that does the estimates. It is not the contractor. My experience was similar where it took me repeatedly calling Home Depot to do anything at all. Why was there no quote? Because Home Depot didn't write it up. Why did I not know my door choices?Because Home Depot had not put together the choices. Odessa like any other contractor cannot do anything without Home Depot saying to. On to this business itself.
